Oil producing states leading nation out of recession?

A recent report from IHS, reviewed by the Financial Post of Canada, notes that U.S. states with robust energy sectors -- specifically Alaska, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas -- have all either regained the jobs they lost during the "Great Recession" or are poised to do so in 2012.
