Judge rules in favor of ExxonMobil for Pt. Thomson Unit

ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- A setback for the state is encouraging news for ExxonMobil.
Late Monday afternoon Superior Court Judge Sharon Gleason issued a ruling reversing the Department of Natural Resources' decision to terminate Exxon and its partners' Point Thomson unit.
Gleason says the DNR did not afford ExxonMobil its constitutional right to due process.
